One of the world’s largest architectural firms pulled together an international team of experts to compete for a project designing a multi-million dollar biomedical research center. Most of the team members had never met before, let alone worked together. Although the group included some of the greatest minds in the industry, strong personalities and cultural barriers were hindering their preparations.
Two of our trainers flew to London for an onsite, project-specific coaching with the team. We worked with them to recognize and appreciate each individual’s unique contribution and build trust among the team members. Finally, we helped them work as a team to craft a compelling message that spoke to the wants and needs of the client.
The team delivered a strong, client-focused presentation with personality and precision, clearly illustrating the trust and mutual respect they had built during the preparation process. They were awarded the £550 million project.
